Eventful week I guess.

 

Had 2 labs this week first one forgot to hand in a form second one needed to redry crystals which totally ate up my friday.

 

Was looking forward to the weekend but really... I can't bring myself to do work.

 

Yes Yes I konow it is bad.

 

I am trying.

Met a lot of new ppl this week. They all seem to find the fact that I transfered amusing.

 

I seriously dunno why.

 

Had my first lab session... Luckily my lab partner knows wat he's doing (thank you weiren, sorry to “拆散”u and kok leong).

 

Have been going out everyday and commuting like nobody's business.

 

My phone display died and I cant get a new one w/o my mom. Sucks being 19.... old enough to make decisions but not execute them.

 

Finally went Ikea to look at closets. Whee~ the 'rents agreed to get me one XD

 

Was looking at loft beds too.... how cool would it be if I got one.... then Harry and LT (or anyone else) can stay over and I'll have more walking space!

 

Had 2 rounds of food feast at Ikea. I think me and Harry 很会吃... Oh yah saw a lot of really huge babies...

 

Went singing with JM, Hou Ying and mei chee today.... have to say that the combi of ppl was quite weird, but had a good time laughing at WC trying to sing with the mike stuck under his chin.

 

Argh.... busy busy week. Tml still hav lab.

Ok. I shall be truthful and admit that I feel that I've let Harry down.

 

I'm so sorry that I have to leave. Both hall and the course.

 

But like my bro said this directly concerns my future. So I guess I have to accept that happy times are almost always short lived.

 

But the thing I really feel like a traitor... I think that came from watching too much tv and reading too much....

 

You know... the retribution of leaving something/somone/someplace for greener pastures and having them come bite u in the ass (x3) later.

 

*Shudders*

 

Like Aud said, once a choice is made there's no point in looking back.

 

So I shall have to pack up my stuff say the relavent farewells and keep the memories.

Ok. In the short span of 7 days my life has taken a (... better or worse i don't know) turn.

 

Got a call last Friday. I've been accepted to NUS. Found out that my NTU application was screwed.

 

 And today I accepted their offer.

 

So... I'm officially jumping ship. One sem behind same cohort and one sem ahead of the next. Just great.

 

I'm missing staying in hall already.

 

But I just u just never know when this kinda thing will happen. I'm determined to make this better.

 

I guess life is wat u make it up to be. I intend to make it happier and more 充实. Hopefully this will work out well.

 

I'm confident that it will. I will make it happen.

Ok. Last year was filled with ups and downs... downs being the greater part.

 

But I survived. Yup that's the most important. The last few days were precious.

 

Saw LT, Alvin, Hiu, JP and JM for xmas eve, majong on xmas and HY, geok, carine and JM for New Year....

 

Yesterday was a bit wasted.... slept too much. should have woken up at abt 3 to go mahjong session again... oh well.

 

My results weren't as bad as expected but nothing to celebrate abt. And the possibilty of major changes still looms ahead.

 

Oh well. For now I'll just have to enjoy what's left of the hols!
