I probably should thake this chance to thank all the people who made sure that that I turned in to a healthy (more or less) well balanced young adult.

 

Firstly,thanks to my mom for putting up with me all these years and not regretting giving birth to a brat like me all those years ago. (Oh yah I still remember alll the "I picked you up from a rubbish bin" nonsense that used to scare the shit out of me. Yes ma, I forgive you for that.)

 

Secondly, thanks to my dad for being the sperm donor. Ok. And providing for me, not nagging at me and being more civil towards me in the past few months.

 

Thirdly, I'd like to thank my bro  for not strangling me in my sleep. I know I'm hard to live with sometimes. (Oh. I forgive you for sweeping my face with the feather duster when I was 1 month old) 

 

Also, thanks to my naima, godma, 2 aunt for all their caring, support and the useful lifeskills training.

 

Thanks to my (huge) extended family who had shaped me in one way or another. If I listed everyone this would become a 6000 word essay.

 

Special mention for my 小表姐 for all her nice meals when I'm feeling down/ broke XD

 

They other ppl that I am really thankful for are my friends, be it from primary sch, sec sch, JC and uni. Thank you for be there. Life would be so much harder, not to mention soooo much more boring without you guys.

I started the day by watching Aud's dance class showcase. Which was.... A little too deep for me to understand completely.

Then met up with Harry and a fun tea session with us talking abt all the weird stuff.

Then Harry had to go and we went to Thompson for supposedly peranakan food. Turned out that it was a curry fish head place.

 

Then the saga started. Apparently while we weere hovering ard the entrance a waiter came out and asked if we wanted a table for 4 but another family went in instead and when he was abt to shut the door, Aud decided to go in.

 

Then we asked for recommendations and immediately after that our dear aud said "I want..." and the waiter rushe to get pn and paper. But when he came back, Aud said that we needed time to decide (obviously). Andhe went away with a sacarstic thanks.

 

After ordering and eating Aud made the biggest mistake of saying that the  waiter was cute. And hence Operation Sell Aud began.

 

It ended with the waiter saying the cryptic "If you are interested, I left you a note."

 

And then Aud said there was no note and the crazy duo (aka your truly and madame) went back to the restaurant to pass him an empty note in a whirl of righteousness.

 

Of course, the suitation had to turn drama like.

 

Aud found the note and crazy duo ran down the street screaming their head off to avoid being killed.

 

The worst thing was that Aud read the name wrongly and sent a msg of apology with the wrong name T.T and all of us got stuck on the side of the road laughing like maniacs.

 

 

This is definitely the most unforgetable bdae ever.

 

So Aud... Its not likely that anyone of use will forget it anytime soon... Or in a very long time for that matter...

Today's my last day of being under 20.

 

And I did nothing more than lay around reading books.

 

Well, given that its my all time favourite hobby, I just that just figures.

 

But still I couls have spent the last day of my 1X-ness doing something more fun.

 

Technically I still have about er.. 9 hours left (of which 6 I'd be asleep) to make something out of this special day.

 

Nah. I just wanna lie around and read somemore XD

Hmmm.... lotsof stuff happened the past week but right now I'm more concerned abt the things that are gonna happen next week.

 

Yes. If you are reading this then I guess you're bored from all that studying.

 

I do that too. That's why I've decided to post something.

 

well. I'm really behind time right now but I guess I'd be ok (hioefully if I keep the pace of yesterday...)

 

Enough of that.

 

I went to the zoo for the first time after... 6-8 years??? And it rained. What a way to dampen my spirits.

 

But I guess that wasn't a bad thing either the only thing I coul rememberabout the zoo was the animals giving the bored look occassionally poking each other and eating. Sometims I didnt seethem at all....

 

But last week, I witness the coupling of 2 baboons, 2 rhinos chasing each other ard the enclosure and finally crossing horns, a slothe coming out to eat (apparently after it ate its fill it will just hang on a tree in the same position for a month or two).

 

Well, I guess I should go back there someday and hopefully it won't rain.

It was (yet again) an un eventful halloween.

 

Should get some clubbing kakis or something.

 

Anyway was suppose to meet ALvin and Madame for breakfast and talk rubbish session. But kena ps by madame and we ended up watching a movie that we didnt really wanna watch in the first place.

 

I get the feeling that the writers of ax Payne couldn't decide whether to go Matrix or Constantine or Bourne Identity. It had a pretty good plot to work with and they screwed it up.

 

Then went to sing with DY, geok and JM to get all the accumulated emo-ness out of me.

 

DY actually fell asleep while we were singing a Jay Chuo song.

 

Oh. And Geok was actually quite enthusiastic about singing oldies... (*nudge nudge wink wink*) now we know...XD

 

To top that all off, we had dinner at Aston after a looooong wait. But it was worth it. Value for money!

 

So that about sums up the fun part of my wkn. now back to studying!!
